Our operation is run from our Gatwick Airport base. We provide services to all types of clients ranging from Tour Operators to Airlines to Cruise companies.
We offer Airport services at all UK and EIRE Airports and work with some of the industry’s most prestigious clients.
Our service will ensure you receive:
- A dedicated representative present to ensure check-in opens on time and to supervise handling agents
- Excess baggage revenue is monitored to maximise sales
- Upgrades / extra-leg room can be sold on your behalf
- Ticket sales
- Gate supervision – Our representative will ensure that your flight is called on time to ensure departure
- Supervise turnaround of aircraft, including liaising with crew, loaders, catering, fuelling etc
- Uniform – we are happy to wear our client’s uniform if required
- A full flight report will be completed and emailed at ATD.
